Hiring for FALL 2026
We wont have a firm opening date until we complete several infrastructure improvements and the dining room remodel. We will post more specific job information when we get closer to a real opening date ( probably October 2026). GM + Chef positions will be hired 3-4 weeks prior to opening.

General Manager
Ultimately In charge of the whole show. OASIS GM will be responsible for everything from greeting guests, to repairing leaking toilets. Full time salaried position. Seasonal profit share bonus. Must speak english and a little spanish
Executive Chef
Work with GM to create a vibrant and eclectic menu. Execute the menu. Organize and run the kitchen and kitchen crew. Full time salaried position. Must speak spanish and a little english. Seasonal profit share bonus.
Bar Manager
Not as easy as just pouring beers. Full time position. Hourly + Tips.
Kitchen Crew
Line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers. the brute force behind the kitchen. Keep the kitchen immaculate , keep the food hot (or cold) and looking fantastic. Full or part time. Hourly + Tips.
Servers
Bartenders and Servers are the personality behind OASIS. We hire only friendly, outgoing, lively souls with a strong work ethic that fit in with our family oriented values. Full or part time. Hourly + Tips. Servers are paid the regular minimum wage ( not a reduced tipped minimum wage )
