The menu reads like something you’d find scrawled on the side of a great food truck: a tight lineup of tacos, each built on house-made masa and finished with salsas layered from traditional chiles, spices, and time. Every element is intentional. Corn is nixtamalized in-house, tortillas are pressed to order, and flavors lean into heritage...clean, bold, and deeply rooted in mexican and south american traditions, a modern delivery of an iconic staple.
